My aunt Hattie turns 39, today! Me, Jason and
Lori will be heading to her place this evening to bid her well, and wish
her many more happy 39th birthdays to come.
We had a birthday-eve dinner for her out at
my parents', last night -- an amazing blend of pasta, salad, and cake that
not only was incredibly delicious, but also brought me the closest I've come
to keeling over and vomiting in better than two years. You know how, if you
leave a lotta food in a fishbowl, the fish will just keep eating until it
dies? It turns out that I'm not much smarter than that.
Anyways -- this one's goin' up a little late,
so I'm gonna cut it a little short to compensate. To compensate for ME, I
mean -- this isn't going to help you at all. Enjoy the comic -- and buy the
